  • How Can I Withdraw My Funds?

    It is important to note that only verified account holders are able to withdraw the money in their trading account so please ensure that you have completed the verification process.

  • Can I change my leverage amount?

    Yes. Simply send an email to your account manager with the relevant details and they will assist in getting the change made. It can take up to about 24 hours for the changes to take effect.

  • How Can I Verify My Trading Account?

    In order to verify your AlgoBotAI account, you will need to provide proof of identification (POI) and proof of residence (POR). This will include sending us a copy of a valid ID document as well as a utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months, that reflects your residential address.
